Dynasty Transportation and Concierge Services is one of The Bahamas leading chauffeuring services with premium vehicles, catering for the high demands of corporate and private clients. We organize journeys ensuring our chauffeurs arrive at least 15 minutes early, immaculately presented and are fully aware of the client’s programme for the day.
Terms and conditions
- All transfers are to be paid in advance unless confirmed by management.
- Stand-by transfers and requests for several days will require a deposit in advance.
- Wait or excess time is calculated at the hourly rate.
- Visa, Mastercard, and Paypal are the accepted forms of payment.
- Cancellation: 24 hour notice period is required for all cancellations to receive a full refund. If the scheduled transfer has to be modified we will do our best to accommodate you to ensure you receive your requested service.
- The chauffeur has the right to refuse entry to any person who is thought to be under the influence of drugs, or alcohol and whose behavior poses a threat to either the chauffeur, the vehicle, or any other passenger.
- Smoking and Vaping are not allowed in the vehicles.
- Dynasty Transportation and Concierge Services retains the right to change chauffeurs for any transfer at any point.
- We reserve the right to change the vehicle during a transfer, if it is replaced with a similar vehicle and does not inconvenience the client.
- Dynasty Transportation and Concierge Services is fully insured for passengers and third-party claims. Coverage does not extend to personal property.
